hah im back with part 2 ;) unlike a few i keep my promises :P 

Trail Of Thoughts- 3

Part 2

a quick recap. (you still have to read part 1 if you didn't). 

We planned on going out and decided to pack our bags with essentials. We have put some clothes aaand,

Moving on. Let's search for some medicines for first aid. For fever, cold, body pains. And most importantly vitamins, iron and other stuff. As I said if we don't have any we can always go to a nearby medical shop. We'll be needing those the most. We don't know where we'll be staying or going once we step out of our houses. I saw it in a movie where the ml (meal lead) stays underground for a few days and carries all the necessary vitamins. I thought it was quite clever of him and got inspired.

   

Next is weapons. I don't think we have pistols or swords at our houses (if you do, we need to talk). So we gonna make a weapon. A handmade weapon. Have you seen the Korean series 'sweet home'? So basically it's a apocalypse with monsters around and the protagonist makes a badass weapon with a stick, a kitchen knife and tape. That seemed pretty reliable at first but it kinda failed. No more spoilers :) (it's available on Netflix or if you're a comic freak, it's actually a webtoon) 

At first I thought that that's the most basic and reliable weapon. It all depends on how you make it work. But still I think its also the easiest weapon. We need the weapon to be longer or taller (whatever) so that we can stay away from whoever we’re fighting against. A knife is sharp enough to cut through. but in order to do its deed, a knife has to go closer to the thing we're up against. so yea something sharp like knife and long like a stick.

And that’s it for weapons. 

Moving on, let’s pack other necessities. Torchlights, metallic things, sanitary pads, board games- wait what. Sorry i think i got distracted.  But still I think it's better to carry some stuff that will keep you from getting bored, you know? But then not some super noisy or big stuff. Just small games like ball, cards, ludo (its kinda boring to play alone tho ngl) etc. whatever you can find at home. 

Now that we packed everything, we'll be doing one last checking. Clothes, meds, food, weapons, games- done. Oh wait we should also stay hydrated so lets put a couple of water bottles. So here’s the catch, we can carry either use-and-throw bottles or normal bottles or thermal bottles. I personally would prefer the normal ones. The first one is not reusable and we can’t risk not carrying any after a few hours or so and they are also not fit to use again and again (as the name suggests), its unhygienic. And the last ones are kinda heavy. Case closed. 

I think its done? I mean, that’s it? Lol but it was awesome. Ok bye

SIKE. Of course it's not over yet. What were you thinking huh. We just passed the first stage and we sure got a long way ahead. I think it's time we leave the house. I live in a apartment so I gotta use the stairs and you gotta believe me when I say they are a lot of them. It's my little warm up to the world and beyond! (i've been reading toy story memes these days).

I have a friend down the street. She is also my best friend and she loves stuff like this. So I am definitely going to check on her. Haha not because im scared hah.

So this is probably how our little adventure begins here in this big dead world.  

i feel like this is where i should stop. it was wonderful writing about this. anything more can spoil the fun as it'd just lag. i guess i will have fun killi- i mean saving my family.

(heyyy, so a lot of things happened and i can't wait to share them with y'all. sooo, i kinda submitted two of my poems to a publisher to get them published in their anthology. well i did it just for fun on the last day. wellll guess whatttt, i got selected!! IM GETTING MY POEM(s) PUBLISHED IN A BOOK!! that was one heaven of a news right??? its a great deal to me :D. publisher - The Write Order. book- Complicated. im gonna buy ittt. i am also getting a certificate :)).  ohh and Happyy Diwaliii!! it was really fun! i didn't fire a lot of crackers though. ik im a good citizen. heh. school life has been stressing me out with the change of teachers. ugh why did it have to be this year. anyways, i kinda slept for like 4 hours (that was supposed to be a power nap) and ig we are doing an all-nighter (laughs nervously).
