Coffee And Tea

I wrote this poem for another 'best friend' of mine (that's what people call each other these days). This is pretty personal to both of us. But i still posted this because I felt really proud of how it turned out. This one is a story to tell. I actually almost completed the whole poem in just one night. I had a burst of creativity after sleeping for 4 hours. 
I also share a 10 year old bond with this friend. I'm grateful for this.

"Coffee And Tea"

There's coffee and tea
And there's you and me

We may be similar but we ain't same
We have good days and bad days are lame
We are the main characters in the game
We fight for each other and not for fame

You are lovely and 
You're my friend

Friend is underrated
When I compare it with you

You're obviously more than a friend
A bond that doesn't easily end

It's been 10 long years since I first saw you
with that helmet haircut, (that was really cute)

We got closer through stuff 
that we both liked
Though our 2020 has been rough
I swear I'll be by your side

I'll be waiting right here
Right outside your well
I'll be still here if you need me
I don't mind, take your time

I would come inside if you want me to
I'd stay by your side for a long time too

You don't have to worry about me
Worrying is my job and it's okie

I showed you the worst of me
Expecting you to take care of me
I'm glad you did the part
And I love you with all my heart

All our midnight chats
Unchecked armyblink facts
Silly inside jokes
And rants about our folks
Having each others backs
Talking about our lacks
The series we have watched
The actors we've loved
Those crazy silly photos
I hope you didn't take screenshots

Every other thing with you
Isn't even a bit of stretch
And I love that about you
We got a bond that's hard to fetch

I wanted to make this song cringey
So that you'd smile when you read it
That's the main motive
Always keep smiling
You are prettier when you smile
Don't ever lose it to an imbecile

(didnt think it was over, did you? yep im here for the 10 day good thingyy. sooo, a lot of things happened in the last ten days, happy days. but yk what i thought, if things get too happy and you feel lively and all, you will want to live forever in these happy moments and forget about the other side of the coin. according to my research, there is a higher chance of becoming frightened in dark imagining the ghosts dragging you and (yk stuff that i dont wanna type so just imagine for yourself a ghastly creature craving for fresh blood). anyways, my solutions for that is to have a mindset of 'nothing-to-lose'. 
ok that sounds pretty pessimistic. ill stop, dont worry. 
happy days:; i went to a bday party, it was really fun. i ate some chocolate filled bakery stuff and damn THAT WAS BLISS. my classmates seem pretty good, guess i dont have to worry about them for a couple of years. I finally completed 'Money Heist'! heh. i watched cindrella on prime and its nice.)

He is always saying that they have nothing in common but she, a sitcom addict, says that’s where magic happens.   Trail of thoughts- 23 When people are different, there is space between their hearts. One can say that their love for each other and them as a whole is common enough. But she says that the bridge that connects their soul is built by them with their own minds and hands. “If we have nothing in common, so be it. We can do or create hobbies that both of us can enjoy doing together”.   Maybe just love is enough, but are you sure?   He loves watching movies and series. He loves re-watching his favourites. rubber hands

  My eyes feel heavy, I can’t feel my body. I feel like I’m dying. I woke up not knowing how I even fell asleep. Was it even sleep I have woken up from? But first, why does my whole body ache like crazy? I can’t even open my fucking eyes. With all my might, I open them slightly. First thing I see is red coloured sand. Just sand everywhere, red precisely. Red mountains, red sky, red sandstorms, red ground, and red …… liquid? Is that blood? Am I bleeding?? I feel a metallic taste in my mouth. It is blood. what's the worst thing that could happen?

  When people say “what’s the worst thing that can happen” before doing the most diabolical stunt in their life, my mind just wanders in the grey area of life. Trail Of Thoughts - 34 Let me explain. When I started this blog, my first thought was “Omg lezgoo ahhh” and second was, “what’s the worst possibility”. The answer to that question was “no one would read it lol”. That initially gave me a boost to posting anything I want and I still equip that in the back of my mind before I click on ‘publish’.  Today, I realized I wasn’t thinking of the worst possible consequence, but rather “a” consequence that could be both a win and a loss for me. one must imagine Sisyphus happy

  I just spent the last hour learning about Sisyphus, a myth, and  Albert Camus , a famous French philosopher. Camus said, “One must imagine Sisyphus happy.” So what is all this, who is Sisyphus, why must we imagine him happy, why did Camus say that? (And what am I yapping)   Trail Of Thoughts - 33 Sisyphus is a Greek mythology story. The shorter version is that he was an extremely overconfident and arrogant king, basically hubristic. He cheated on death twice and the Gods got mad at him and gave him a punishment. The punishment was for him to push a boulder, a giant rock, to the top of a steep hill and just when he would reach the top, the Gods would make the boulder slide down making Sisyphus start all over again. This was to last an eternity. For AN ETERNITY, this guy should push a giant rock up a hill just for it to fall again and again and again.   So why did Albert Camus say that one must imagine Sisyphus happy?
